What you should do is learn from the people that have a slender figure and keep it over time. The people that had all their life a slender figure, or for a long time, don’t use operations or expensive treatments to maintain it. Some do but most can’t afford them. What they all do is use some simple tricks. If you are looking what is the quickest way to lose weight then the 5 tips below  will help you get and keep a slender figure:

1)Constantly monitor your weight: the specialists claim that the persons that weight themselves frequently are more motivated to lose weight than those that run away from the scale. Studies show that 82% of all the people that lost weight rapidly using a healthy diet and regular exercising got on the scale and weighted themselves frequently. It seems that after all the scale is your friend.

2)Eat more proteins daily: you should not be afraid of eating proteins. They are very good for you health. A recent study proved that women that have a protein rich diet have an easier time keeping their weight and figure than those that are vegetarian. It seems that by eating lots of proteins you will feel full for longer, making you eat less all day long.

3)A vegetables rich diet is a must: you must eat vegetables daily if you want to lose weight or keep your slender figure. Vegetables are full of healthy minerals and vitamins which your body needs to function properly. They also help your body digest the food you give it much more easily. Eating vegetables daily is a super weight loss habit that you must acquire if you want to lose weight, be healthy and have a slender body.

4)Exercise daily: I know that exercising probably isn’t your favorite activity, but you must exercise daily if you want to lose weight and keep your slender body. You don’t have necessarily to go to the gym daily to work out, but you have to become more physically active. Walking for example is a great way to exercise your body and burn some of those extra calories. You can also forget the elevator was ever invented and start taking the stairs. When you combine a vegetables, fruits and protein rich diet with 30 minutes of daily exercising the result is a super rapid weight loss solution that is also healthy.

5)Stop eating out: you should avoid eating at restaurants if your goal is to lose weight or maintain your current weight. You should know that on average a meal you eat at a restaurant has 1000 more calories than one you would cook and eat at home. All the foods made at restaurants contain all kind of fatty and not so healthy ingredients. That is why they are so tasty and so bad for your waistline.
